The following is a questionnaire for prospective new members of the CS Yacht Owners West. If you are interested in joining CS West, please complete the questionnaire. To do this, fill out the form below and submit it online. You will receive a reply, providing membership information and requesting annual dues of $25 Canadian. If you prefer, you may print this page, fill out the form and send it by mail with your annual dues of $25 to:
